Mit einer Fl\u00e4che von mehr als 14.600 Quadratkilometern ist er der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Nationalpark des Landes und weist die h\u00f6chste Konzentration an Elefanten auf! Er ist seit vielen Jahren ein Zufluchtsort f\u00fcr Gro\u00df- und Kleinwild und wurde 1928 zum Wildschutzgebiet erkl\u00e4rt und 1949 zum Nationalpark ernannt.<\/p><p>Hwange ist die Heimat der Big 5 und von \u00fcber 100 verschiedenen S\u00e4ugetierarten und \u00fcber 400 Vogelarten. Es ist einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften und wildesten Orte in Afrika, der nur darauf wartet, erkundet zu werden!<\/p><p>Wie bei den meisten der genannten Gebiete sind die besten Zeiten f\u00fcr Wildbeobachtungen von Mai bis Anfang November bis kurz vor der Regenzeit. W\u00e4hrend der fr\u00fchen Saison ist die Vegetation \u00fcppig und gr\u00fcn, und sp\u00e4ter in der Trockenzeit k\u00f6nnen die Tiere beobachtet werden, wie sie zum Trinken kommen. Das liegt daran, dass die kleineren Wasserl\u00f6cher und Pfannen austrocknen und die Tiere sich an den ergiebigeren versammeln.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Es gibt viele Camps in der Gegend, von den g\u00fcnstigeren bis hin zu den exquisiten Luxuscamps.<span
